How to remove trim around door window?

I have a 1991 318is and had to replace the door. The new door has the chrome trim. My old door has good black trim. How do I get the trim off below the window and up around the top of the window?

Does trim piece H, the part under the back window, come off the same as piece E, the one under the door window?

Will trim H clear the rear window gasket?

Correcto. If you follow jordo's instructions its pretty easy. Pulled off all mine for paint earlier this week

Paint, that's what drives my questions. Don't really want too but guess I will.
