You need a lawyer. You need to get compensated for physical and emotional damages. The $10k to $50k thats thousand of dollars. Could get you a nice e30 plus a college fund. You insurance will go up anyway might as well get what you paid for.

UPDATE: Hey guys so after weeks of waiting the insurance company told me that they are going to give me a value on the car and from what what they were saying it sounded like maybe 2.5k. They said I can only factor in my receipts from the last two months so I guess I can't factor in almost 1k in extra parts now. What can I do? I'm 18 years old working minimum wage and I feel like I shouldnt have to pay because some fuckwad totaled my car. I was hoping for around 4-5k especially after everything I put into the car
