I have the comfort seats, I am 6' 245 and my upper body is reasonably wide I'm not huge but I stay in shape. The comfort seats fit very well. I have sat in the sport seats and they cut into my lat's big time. I am considering either some Recaro's from the late 80's VW's or possibly going with the $250 Sparco seats. But I am changing seats just for the side bolsters, the comfort seats have no side bolstering on the backrest.Leave a comment:

No prob brother, yea dana 30's are a pretty tired and true front end even though I like nothing to do with them. Yea sounds like you're set up pretty well then lol. I just cant stand the seating arrangements in them, reminds me to much of humvee's. (which are absolutely horrible lol) I would put a pic of my truck but its far too ugly and its just a winter beater, I just might though and I'll grab a pic of buddies Rubi.Leave a comment:

My Front Dana 30 has been trussed and gusseted so I am good there, and my rear is a Dana 44 with no issues either. I added the rubi transfer case and added a truetrac in the rear so I am as close to a Rubi as I want right now and can still get 18mpg on the freeway.
Thanks for your serviceLeave a comment:

My other military buddy has a Rubi that's converted to OS. How are your Dana 30 and 35 holding up to abuse?Leave a comment:

I can easily see getting a coupe someday. Right now I will have to enjoy the vert. It's a lot faster than my DD. An almost 3ton jeep 👍

Verts can't really show the best in E30's but glad you're on board. Usually everyone hates the confort seats. I have sports myself and love them, the driver seat is a little torn but I just love it to much to want to part.Leave a comment:
