I ordered it, but apparently the "USA" version is actually a PAL disc @ 50Hz, Region 0. Wont play on most DVD players, and almost all US TVs..... The seller was kind enough to inform me that neither DVD nor blu-ray will most likely not work in the US. One will have better luck using their computer however. When using my phone to order, the USA links state "Coming Soon." unlike the Browser version of the site letting one order....

I ordered it through the rallyandracing link... just watched it today for the first... second, and third time lol. Awesome video. If this video doesn't give you goosebumps watching it for the first time, you aren't a BMW enthusiast.

I got mad respect for Hans Stuck when I watched this video of him destroying the Nurburgring in an E46 M3 GTR. Watch it full screen with your face close & it will feel like you're riding w/ him. Be sure to put the volume on too. Guy's a freaking wizard behind the wheel!

That video is bad ass! I like watching him pass people, like the two Porsches @ 3:35. I would be scared shitless.

I got a kickback email like R3Z3N. I will be watching the dvd through my computer so it seems (from what i can tell) that the current dvd would work for me since it is an "all region" .


This was also in my email:


"I'm led to believe an NTSC DVD will be available in February, please keep an eye on our website for updates."

Check the manual for your DVD player - it will tell if it's capable of playing the PAL format.
I also ordered through Duke, and confirmed my DVD player would play a PAL format DVD, and once I let them know they processed my order immediately.

^Even if your DVD player can play PAL, in the states, most likely your TV cannot. Check to see if your DVD player converts from 50Hz to 60Hz, or that your TV can play 50Hz signals.

And that engine... shivers man. Could you imagine having a DD that sounded like that every time you shifted up and accelerated??? I'd have a perma boner, all the time behind the wheel.
