                                                cool project. honestly, though, I think it falls a little short of hitting some of the important design elements/proportions of the car. the cabin is too short, the wheels are too small, the headlights/grill are the most important thing and they are just a little off. maybe its a scale issue - its stuck between a smaller version which would have been blocky in the classic lego way and a larger version which is very detailed and accurate.

                                                always dreamed of being a LEGO designer one day, but by the time I had any money to buy LEGOs to build cool stuff, I was already building with real materials/machines/cars instead.

                                                    This is a pretty large model. You're purchasing a LEGO not a die-cast scale model.

                                                    Proportions are to scale, i think the slope issue of cabin is throwing it off, but we are relying on LEGO to deal with revisions.

                                                    Amir has taken the steps needed to make a physical model. LEGO will perfect it.

                                                    This means that as long as you want an E30 M3 LEGO, you should support and "sign" the petition so we get LEGO's attention as a community.
