Thanks nando ill keep it in mind. I hit a few part out threads up asking for their badges lol. even joined up on bimmerfest to ask about an e21 badge.

Im also having trouble finding a 4 that's not italicized. I THINK they might have made a 740 from that era? not sure tho. I wanted one for the 324v but didn't have much luck :( if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

340i badges would be handy as well. :) Finding a non-italicized "40" is a pain.

is the ix separate or attached? I think the only one I have in my possession is "ES" and I believe it is separate? Ill look into these as well. Thanks for the ideas :)

Well I figured a few things out. If that's not close enough to original I'm not sure what will be. I've actually made a lot of headway on these projects and you can expect some very cool things to be coming out of the shop. If anyone is interested in being contacted when these are finished let me know. Still looking for any number combinations I may have missed. Do people do the 532?

I know that car well. If its the same one im thinking of it was perry genovas original blue car and then bought by ken.

I could definitely do that emblem. Once I get some time Ill get back into the drawings, Work is getting a little busy as we're gearing up for a big year but the time is coming that Ill be making some cool stuff, and ill add this to my list :) I know a few people with that swap so theres probably a want for it.

I have a '76 2002 with stroked s14 engine that has some of the old Skidmark love in it. Originally built by Ken Worsham. It'd probably cost more than I'd want to spend & would probably be a one off, but I'd like to have a 2502 trunk emblem same size, same font as the original 2002 emblem.

    Progress

I am officially on my way to getting some of this stuff done. I have found a new source for my printing that prints very high quality that I can almost just open up the box and put it on a pattern and run it. I needed some chritmas gifts so I finished up some skidmark badges.

I was limited on time so I couldn't start experimenting on doing a full polish on it so I painted it black after some "body work" and then polished just the top. So far I have received some good reviews on them. I guess going down this road they could be painted whatever color youd like to match or accent the car and either be polished or left as solid color.

This will be the first to debut in sales. The frame I made these on was for an order of 200 so I have about 200 of these in rough cast form right now. I will more than likely redo these because the sand was sticking under the 4 and I don't want to clean that spot up on every one of these.

I brought some equipment over from our finishing department to help me try and work on my finishing. Time will tell what all will be capable with these, but figured I would share my small success with you guys. Let me know your thoughts. I am still working towards getting the true font but for now this is what im working with
