theres a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1 car garage house a block down the hill from me going for $700,000... wtf. i hate the real estate market in san francisco.

I'm seriously going through all of my shit, and whatever I really can't live without is going BYE-BYE. I should be able to make more than enough to buy my new tires, along with some other goodies I've been after.

congrats man. its nice to have space. up here houses are cheap. mine cost me 43k last year but i had to replace the corrugated metal roof as it was leaking bad. i have an old canvas army tent set up out back i work in. hot as a mofo in the summer but its big. used to be a mess tent in the the marine corps
