So, the car that was used to hit me is owned by my freind brandons parents. The girl that hit me is our other freinds girlfreind, so no sexual favors... But ya, Im super duper pissed about this whole situation, I have a fuckin m52 sitting at our shop, a new valance, new tranny,new diff, etc... now I have to wait even longer to get the insurance check, buy me e30 back, part it out, and start on my new shell.....

if this happened to me under these circumstances and there was no liquor involved id write it off and move on. but you mention she was drunk??? if thats the case, fuck her. id hang her out to dry. theres no excuse these days to be behind the wheel drunk. i would have called the cops and reported it.
