A list of all content is located at:http://drive4corners.com/category/featured/ Click the following photos for links to the stories.

    FORGOTTEN BEGINNINGS - 530MLE

The 3.0 CSL was the first joint venture of the BMW M Division. Soon cars like the 2002 Turbo and BMW M1 were rolling out of the BMW Skunkworks, but one car is all but forgotten in the history of motorsport and that is the South African special, the 530 Motorsport Limited Edition. Find out the history and very complete story of the MLE here.

    TURBO EXECUTIVE - 745i

The 2002 Turbo was not the only turbocharged production car made by BMW before the new millenium. Some executives at BMW wanted to see their top of the line 7 series evolve into an Autobahn Cruiser. Take a look at this 745i residing in Iowa and watch as it is restored back to its Turbo Executive status before attending the 2013 Drive 4 Corners meet.

CARVING UP THE DRAGON - M3

R3vlimited's own user, Eric, is synonymous with drool worthy BMWs, breathtaking photos, and weekend trips to the Nurburgring. Ride along with Eric and his buddy Alex as they pick up his newest ride, a 1988 Henna S50B32 M3 and road trip back to Colorado. They decided to take a detour to pass through the infamous Tail of the Dragon.

    THE BROWN BOMBER - 3.0si

Drive 4 Corners Webmaster Tschultz grew up with cars due to his dad's interest in them. Ranging from American muscle to British classic, he changed his ways when he stumbled into this baravian family sedan. The Brown Bomber changed his interests, led to an involvement in the BMW CCA, and many more BMW's for himself and his family. Take a look at this classic sedan as it sits as a sentiment, like many BMW owners' first BMW do.

    M TECH GOODNESS - M535i

M Tech is a desirable term used to describe some of the best OEM enhancements made to a car. Check out this ultra clean M535i owned by a Colorado local. Drool over this car's M Tech Goodness!

2014 ICE GYMKHANA RMC BMW CCA - 325iX

One staple in the RMC BMW CCA is the annual Ice Gymkhana on Georgetown Lake. The event has been going on for over 20 years and each year new and old BMWs test their mettle on an autocross course above the lake. The 325iX has been a staple at this event and in 2014 there were the largest e30 attendance in recent years. Watch the Quadcopter video of fun out on the lake!

    THE MUNICH MYTH - M8

A car that was all but thought to be a myth by enthusiasts; its existence denied altogether by BMW. We are talking about the former flagship of the BMW line decked out completely with goodies from their performance based Motorsport division; back when they were pumping out icons like the E30 M3 and E28 M5. It was known as the M8 Prototype, and very few people had even heard of it, but enthusiasts were adamant that it was real.

    BUILT BY BERTONE - 3200CS

BMW Post War years came with overhead V8's and large swooping lines. Models like the 503 and 507 had come out but the company was on the brink of collapse. These large luxurious cars were expensive to produce and did not sell as well as expected. Bertone was contacted and worked with BMW to create a new vehicle that would recreate design standards and ultimately shape the history of BMW. This came in shape of the Bertone 3200CS and the beginning of the Neu Klasse.

    ORIGINAL ONE - M1

The first super car built by BMW was a collaboration between Lamborghini and BMW. It is the only BMW to be mid engined and has many unique features including that legendary M88 engine. In this article find out what it is like to drive this original icon.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

    CSi Factor - Bavaria

Jim found he always had a love affair with the e3 body style. So when he found a rare rust free example in Verona, he jumped at the opportunity. Follow Jim through his restoration process which includes fuel injection, ITBs, Bilstein/ H&R suspension combo, and a very period correct OEM bavaria refresh. This car is so clean you could eat off of it!!

        Whatta Drag - Isetta

Although not exactly of the Zealots, By the Zealots, or For the Zealots, we think that this unique BMW creation is worth sharing. If not for the execution, then for the sheer cynicism of actually building something like this.

          Powered by ///M - E31
Now reaching 25 years of age, it is certainly time that BMW’s flagship grand-tourer get some recognition. Not only was it one of the most beautiful designs released by BMW, it also was the most electronically feature packed. Those who have the chance to get behind the wheel of one agree that is as smooth to drive as it is to look at. This week we found a great perspective as originally found on hemmings.com. ;D

              History and Uniqueness - K100
Heritage can be defined as something inherited from the past. It is a mixture of history and uniqueness. When it comes to products with heritage, prospective customers buy the product expecting to own a small piece of this heritage. A motor vehicle’s heritage is normally determined by an outstanding feature which over many, many years has come to define the vehicle.
