    To be ghetto or not?

I bent on going the route to pull a high beam and make a good heatshield for my intake.

Right now the air filter is rubbing up against my hot coolant hoses, and with all the crap I have on the driver side of the engine bay simply making a box I am afraid will just cut off more air.

So what should I do oh r3v masters?

move you coolant res or ditch the abs, loosing the light is a rough look.

i'm having the same issue. I think i'm just going to try and fab up a nice heatshield once i get a new cone filter.

yeah it's a ractive I got at eurotech in atlanta, it came with another heatshield cover, but I took that off. I gotta get a new one. But I really cant justify it, it doesn't seem like it would make a difference.

stock airbox, cone filters on stock motors are a waste of time and money. no need to ditch any lights, abs or coolant expansion tanks then - leave that shit to people at E30tech.

I agree. Our airbox is cold enough. you could always drill the bottom out.
