when you shovel the driveway, you put some snow in a bag and bring it to the snowbank. they tally it up. and lets say next year there isn't a lot of snow or it didn't snow for christmas, etc, you stop at the snowbank and make a withdrawl.

sometimes you get in a little snow debt, but it's okay, you can use your iS lips for payment. they can also reposess your snowmobile or dog sled (because we all drive snowmobiles and dog sleds in the winter) if you've really done it up.
