Anyone Worked With 034 Motorsport for A Custom Tune?

I want to see about a custom tune for my Motronic 1.7 since the custom engine I have in the car can probably stand from some fine tuning. I have a chip that came with the engine based on a tune from the builder, but we made some last minute injector changes and cam profile adjustments that weren't accounted for in the software.

From looking around for local tuners, the only place that seems to advertise Motronic tuning capabilities is 034 Motorsport in Fremont. Has anyone here been there for custom tuning work? How was your experience? Are there any other tuners that can work with older Motronic DMEs that you can recommend in the SF Bay Area?

034 has terrible customer service, my brother just went through weeks of trying to get someone to return his call regarding some parts that were purchesed for a customers car. Don't get me wrong, they have some awesome stuff but traditionally their customer service has been abysmal.

This seems to be the norm with Tuners
I just went thru hell having my S85 DME done with a candian company. Had to file a Paypal claim to finally get it back. 10 or 15 promises and lies

I can second their crap customer service from first hand experience. Also a lot of their hardware does not fit properly even for their most supported cars. Not that it matters here, but it is just another testimate to how bad they are.

Thanks guys. It sounds like I should keep looking, or just be happy with the tune being 90% of the way there lol.
