Top gear bbc without clarkson, how about he comes to usa top gear?

What are your guys thoughts on this?
I was thinking maybe getting some sort of petition going or something to the history channel. I think it would be pretty badass to have him here in the states with us.
Just wanted to see if there would be interest in that or it would be useless making a petition..
And hopefully it works in some sort of way? Lol

I don't think that is going to happen, mostly for budget reasons. But also because JC (or his public persona) dislikes Americans to some degree.

JC doesn't dislike Americans, he just plays on stereotypes for entertainment. He's also had a crack at the Mexicans, the Germans, Asians in general, Italians, the Spanish and as for the French, he's always having a dig.

As for Top Gear USA, ain't gonna happen. BBC will want him well clear of the Top Gear brand as TG USA gets broadcast on cable in the UK and it would overtake the UK show due for a relaunch in 2016.

My guess is he'll appear with the old team on either Sky, Channel 4 or Channel 5 here in the UK. C5 ran a show called Fifth Gear, it's a ready made platform. C4 and C5 are both free to air so fingers crossed it's one of them.
