i was using exactally this

Car: Mistubishi EVO V GSR
Mods: Stage 3 suspension, stage 1 turbo.
Assists: None. No TCS, ASM!
Steering: Simulation
Tires: Sports tires.
Track: Midfield.

bahahahah!!! I DID IT!

i made a few suspension adjustments, changed the oil and BAM!

i made a nice string of mid-high 1:21's to low 1:22's then finnaly! i broke 1:21!!!
changing my oil got me an extra like... 13 hp i think. that and more negative camber did it.

still using the original mods posted.
