me too, but not in an e30.

Something comfy like a caddy or that new Impala

...I'm prolly getting too old, but then again I liked big comfy cars for road trips since I rented my first Caddy STS, then DTS at 27
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

Also, looks like the robots have taken over the Capitol building.

To close off the trip, a DC classic. Ben's Chili Bowl. 😀 Now to tend to the differential and maintenance. This little E30 BMW has been a trusty steed the entire trip.

Congrats on finishing. I bet it feels great to be home. What was the total time length of the trip?

22 days. 8377 miles. To picnic was 4462 and a somewhat rushed 8 days.

Being able to put in build sessions at the TechShops across the country and running a 3D printer in the trunk of the car to make prototype iterations on some E30 products I'm working on was key to keeping some decent productivity during the trip.

Here's one a Japanese / British guy my FD-driving buddy and I met at the Santa Monica Pier took. Really cool dude, goes by kenshh0 on IG.

My buddy and his FD with the gangsta camera stare down. 😂

I can't decide which was more fun, the giga-coaster or the E30.

Oh, who am I kidding... the coaster was a close second, however. 😅

I've had my Gearswitch E30 cupholder now for a few months. I've been around long enough with E30s to have tried a number of attempts at cupholders. This is the best design on the market.
