The formula to win Bfest is a new 3 series on bags and wheels that you paid someone to do.

.....and you have no idea what they did.

So that's why there were a caravan of modified BMW parts cars driving south bound on the NJTP... I was driving to EWR to fly out to DFW Saturday morning and was wondering what was going on.

Correct. Or own a classic car and be twice as old (minimum) than the car in question.

You can also be a female and get a pity prize. I think the first girl called them out on it and they cut the microphone on her at first.

Ofc they put the stage in a terrible place, and the vendors too. Should have had it in the center, with the stage across the lot from the grandstands....and the vendors along the grandstands....with the cars in between.

....also....what happened to the burnout competition? I mean, really....it was all hyped up...then one guy...I won't go on.....

I will say it was better than the ones in Aberdeen....not better organized....but better as it there were activities...and a drag strip.

Also, make sure to post up the pics of the Sarek Autoworke X5. I was around it all day....so I'll be in your pics....

Yea I agree its a better location then Aberdeen as you actually have activities but it seemed so disorganized. It was still cool seeing all the different builds could be better in future years.

It was a 95+ degree especially on that pavement + humidity =thick ass air. They should have let people in the whole time like they did at the end. We wouldn't have overheated.. or had a damn heatercore explode on my leg. Besides that. Great show. Awesome builds tons of inspiration. Definitely a go to for years to come.

I refuse to go back to Bimmerfest East until the organizers stop having it in the middle of fucking summer. The first year it was the first weekend of September and the temps were way better. Do mid to late September and I'll come back. Until then, fuck the event.

Did they still do autox and track stuff?
