I know you said you checked CPS, but did you happen check for wobble on on the damper/pulley like TurboJake mentioned?

Also, I'd throw a fuel pressure gauge in there monitor it as you climb the revs and through the trouble areas.

Do you know the mileage on the motor?

Does it look like its wobbling? I've watched it from the CPS side as well and it looks alright but I've never looked for this before.

Looks okay, but it's hard to tell in that video. I can't tell what is phone shaking and what is motor shaking, and what is wobbling.

I realized that near the end of the vid. I pulled away from the car so it wouldn't vibrate my hand but then my hand was moving.

Anyways the problem is worse now. Has the issue under 2k and I have to force it passed 2k with loads of throttle but it does NOT like it. Here's a vid from a moment ago...https://vimeo.com/140122303
