I've been offered some US ellipsoids for $70 shipped. Here are pictures. Are they worth it?

They're H4 lows with Osram Silverstars and H3 highs with Osram Supers. They highbeams are great, but both lowbeams are cracked. Although the cracks have been covered with epoxy so there isn't a leakage issue.
They're bright as shit.
