Worthwhile jobs while doing a trans swap?

Some of you may know my car's trans is missing fifth gear. My shifter linkage is also crap as it sits really low and has a decent amount of slop- even up and down. The clutch feels like it has some life but it that worth replacing too? Trans mounts? Trans guibo? Anything with the dif?

Yes, but you'll know more when you pull the transmission and look at the clutch disk. I would replace trans mounts for sure.

Trans mounts, clutch, giubo, inspect your center bearing. Check your diff pinion seal while your in there.

Selector rod joint. You won't believe how much shifter play is eliminated by replacing it.

Basically all the shifter shit is cheap, so no reason not to do it all while it's apart.
