bma has always been GREAT to me. I have never heard of anything bad about them. Sorry to hear they sent you the wrong thing.

yeah, I dealt with patrick this whole time. We even did a three way with h/r headquarters to confirm the correct spring application. This is so goddamn frustrating.

        anyone else have bad experiences?

Only near bad experience I have ever had was they forgot to send a water pump when I ordered it and a radiator, Patrick next dayed it at their cost.

He is 100% stand up and I am sure will resolve the problem as well and as quickly as possible. (remember he is dealing with vendors which means many times issues are totally out of his control)

Sorry you have been delayed I know how it feels. I ordered Bilsteins for my Land Cruiser (not from BMA) and got three front 1 rear.

I've only had first rate dealings with BMA thru patrick. Sorry things got mixed up, but shit happens.

wow, was it the wrong springs that he thought you needed or just the wrong springs got shipped instead of the ones ordered? because he always knew what i needed even when i was ordering stuff for my friends toyota.

only good experiences with bma here and i've ordered a lot of custom and rare parts.

Like mentioned, just give patrick another call i'm sure he'll fix all this for you.

Another thumbs-up for Patrick here. I try to order most of my parts using OEM Part numbers, which helps avoid any confusion.

Good luck, let us know when its sorted out.
