    a clean bodied touring... check (yes, to many, the body kit will appeal to many)
    M30 Swap...check
    Alpina wheels?...if legit....check
    Interior isn't THAT bad...check.

    could use a little "cleaning up" such as suspension, nicer wheels, and proper exhaust and you can easily have a 10-12K car provided paint is good...

    this is just my opinion of course.

    In case you are actually looking for an answer, if the mods are done well, there's no rust, and the AC works, it's worth at least $10k in the USA. Just don't think you'll sell it for that here, as most r3vers have a budget of around $351, or can't wait to buy it "next summer".
