she was in rough shape..needed new paint and body work...which I was going to do this summer..my cousin used to own a body shop..still has the shop..but just does it for fun now..will give me a 5g job for a grand(was thinking gunmetal or avus blue...)
...if I paint him a mural for his kids room---

I have the plastic bumpers on a donor car in the garage for the bumper swap...

yup..called the cops...filed a report..towed to the garage for an estimate for my insurance...

so, I'm probably just going to shop around for another car...keep this one for parts maybe? and pick up another e30? 2 parts cars now..lol

oh..doing the photobucket thing..as soon as my dsl stops acting like it's 56k...thanks Cogeco..

saw this on the shop lot...Its a 318is 5spd with a dead motor...what do you think is a reasonable offer? 500?

the body damage isn't too bad, but that suspension would cost you. I like how the CV axle is wrapped around the subframe..

thats horrid! whoever did it will get what they disserve. Car-ma will get them. i had someone hit in run my car a work a while back, such a shitty thing to come back to.

They must have hit your car hard as shit the do that to the rim, and is the control arm twisted? If it is then shiiiiiit. Their car must have been f'ed up too.

ok..got some info on that dead 318

been sitting in the same spot since december, mechanic says it'll need new brakes, shocks?(i think) etc..since everything will be ceased up

so..still 500?? body is in good shape..i'll take a look underneath and in the usual spots for rust...

plus he didn't buy the car..it was abandoned there after the owner heard the engine was dead...so..now that its way past 3months he's entitled to go to the DMV and claim ownership...therefore..he spent nothing to get it..(well..he paid 60bucks to get it towed and it'll be 80 for the new ownership according to him)

um..so how much guys? asap please! i need a car! engine swap this weekend if all works out :)
plus new rad...maybe new suspension for the heavier engine??
