BMA Parts- sent me wrong parts?

i ordered a set of brake pads and a water pump from bmaparts.com

i ordered PBR metal master pads and they sent me PBR ceramics, which is a good thing, because i was thinking about geting the ceramics but didnt want to pay the extra 8 dollars, haha. so i aint complaning

i also ordered a GRAF brand water pump and they sent me one with "GEBA" written all over the box, so im assuming its GEBA brand? i dont even see a GEBA brand water pump on their site, is this just another name for GRAF or can i just not read?

      Yes, call them.

This is something you resolve with bma not r3v.

          You ordered from their website?

Yeah, it's better to just call in and talk to Patrick.

GEBA & GRAF are both two different brands. There were different prices for the two when I stopped in at worldimpex to get one for my VW.

They sent you more expensive pads, you are not sure there is a differance with the water pump, yet instead of calling and asking for help/clarification/to/ arrange to pay for the pads or trade them for what you ordered you start a thread with a title that bashes them?

                Nice.

                    Yeah, no big deal.

I wonder if anyone can chime in that has used geba water pumps.

I know some e36 people that had bad results with the geba brand. I wonder if it's the same for the e30 one.

Not exactly a positive title is it?

Gee. I didnt know a question was a bash.

He wasn't even sure if the two companies were the same.

Why post? Why not call, offer to pay the 8 bucks or exchange the pads and ask them?

He knows he got pads that cost more than paid right? I bet if he told Patrick he'd tell him to forget it as shipping would be more in both directions, as to the pump if he feels he got the wrong part he needs to deal with the seller.

Adding a ? to BMA Parts- sent me wrong parts still puts out there that he feels they wronged him.

Seems to me any seller deserves to clear things up before the issue gets posted, especially a site sponsor.

regardless im not planning on having the parts exchanged. i need to have them in by tommorow and have the car up and running by saturday so the car can take people to work. i was just wondering if GEBA and GRAF were the same brands, and i think they gave me ceramics because they are out of metal masters because on the box of the pads theres a sticker that says "replaces "#########"" and what looks to be a part number.
