    M3 Convertable

I was at Sterling BMW today, and saw a e30 convertable. I was talking to the guy and he said that he had a limited production e30 m3 convertable. Fucking badass.

He wasnt part of any fourms so I gave him www.r3vlimited.com
My drinking team, has a racing problem.

Anyone have an aquarium? If you want fish, let me know.

Very rare indeed. Cool if it was the real deal.

Only 786 were made. I have my doubts about it.

The e30 m3 convertible was never imported to the US. I believe there are two real m3 convertibles in the entire US. It would be pretty rare that you actually saw one out of its garage.

He probably had Terry Sayther hack one together for him . I dont know why everybody was drooling over that e30 m3 touring he built, it didnt even have the correct body kit.

I meant to say "wasn't", not "was." Now I look stupid. :(

I really doubt it's an authentic one. They only recently relaxed the importation laws here recently, and I don't know why someone would go to the time and trouble to import an eighteen-year-old car. But then again, if you sold it, you'd probably make a pretty penny here.

Actually I shouldn't have said anything because I know Terry Sayther does good work. I just wasn't to impressed with calling the car an e30 m3 touring. 1, it was a late model. 2, it didn't have the factory e30 m3 body kit. 3, it had an s50 if I remember correctly, not an s14. The only thing that made it an e30 m3 was the wide body fenders and the 20 year old suspension. If they would have dubbed it "e30 touring with wide body fenders and an s50" I would have been much happier.

I agree that it should have had M3 front and rear bumpers, not the BMP RS1 front and rear.

Well, the one i was looking at was silver, with chrome brembos. S50 in it.
