    schneider325 Dilemma Help!

First of all I want apoligize that I have to waste forum space to do this but after many attempts to resolve this privately this is my only option:

Long story short: schneider325 post an ad up for sale on s14.net for a set of European Smiley lights. Here is the link
    http://www.s14.net/forums/showthread...ghlight=smiley

Money was sent 2/21/06 for the lights alone without the wipers, which he has trouble with removing and delays shipping. I was ok with that. Finally about a month later I find out that he was able to remove the wipers by contacting the memeber that he sold them to. So I think that I would be getting my lights in the mail soon. Wrong about 4 months later lights were finally recieved 6/30.

Open the lights to see that there is rust on one of the highbeam buckets (which was not disclosed in the ad) I was upset but could work around that. But what I cant work with is a broken tab that keeps the headlight in place. In the ad no where does it say that there was a broken tab.

After about a 4 month wait for lights I now have lights that i can even mount.

My solution I want a refund, I will even eat shipping on the lights, and the paypal fee. That this is fair solution, I was sold an item that was misrepresented and willing to take a loss on shipping.

I need someones help to get him to talk to me in this matter.

Since I dont think I will get anything back from this guy, I tried to fix some of the various problems, got the drivers side plastic pieces the the adjusters fit into so that the lights do bounce back a forth in the bracket. Then try to take off the high beam cap to find out it is stuck in place and cant get it off.

as if it could get any worse
