I've been trying to value the build. I see a lot of info for S50/52 swaps and prices but hardly anything for the LS platform. How do you value these swaps/builds?

Personally, it would add maybe $1000-1500 in value to the car. I don't think you'll ever see your money back on a swap. All non OE configurations make working on things a pain the butt.
I think the biggest price point consideration will always be how clean or rusty is the chassis.AWD > RWD
