    yep

Seems like prices on the rare models are going up each day....so I would not be surprised if he got 12k for this car.

        :)

Well, if he wants to sell it for 6k, I will fly down and pick it up; if the op does not want it:)

Is the interior original or reupholstered. If reupholstered, original or repro fabric? All other things considered, I think this factor could affect price quite a bit. Nonetheless, looks very nice, and I don't disagree with the range of estimates above.

The 4 door MT2 was a Caltuned creation.

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider a salvage car unless it was super cheap as a backup to swap the parts if things went south.

There is a difference especially on the board from people who actually have the money and are ACTIVELY looking for an e30, and those that imagine themselves with money and how much they would actually offer.

You tell a buyer that the car has been in accident (the door was replaced), and most start looking elsewhere or low balling. You tell a buyer that car is salvage and most wont even call.

The mt2 parts alone on that car are worth 3k. I am thinking $6500-$7500 for the right buyer but I rather bite the bullet and just pay a premium (15k) and have a larger buying pool in the future if I ever sold the car.

Btw, here is salvage Mt2 with an S52 swap. Most would buy the silver one.

Look like a completely different interior. Same color and mtech 2 kit tho.

you are very much mistaken on the value of the mt2 parts on that car. the body kit alone is almost worth that. especially if you find a buyer with a silver car that doesn't need to have it painted.

those seats are probably worth close to 2k if they are original. the console is leather so it is worth good money. i assume it has mtech door sills. the door/ rear side panels are easily worth 600.00 if they are vinyl. if they are leather, perhaps 2x that.

i can't tell if the dash is leather or the door handles, but if they are, they are probably another grand or so.

I've never seen shadow line convertible trim for sale, but i know that i would be willing to pay about 300+ for a good set.

if you add that all up, the value is higher than what you think the entire car is worth. no offense to you, but your estimate is pretty low. the 5-6k one above is a joke. just because that is what you would pay doesn't mean that is the value. this car on eBay will easily bring over 10k on a bad day.

He's talking about the full MT2 parts, not just the body kit. He said the body kit is worth 3k which is what you also said but the MT2 kit is MUCH more than the bumpers and skirts.
