Glad I have a big ass fire extinguisher. Knowing I put my own cars together, it'll probably catch on fire at some point. Lol

Glad you're feeling better. I wasn't going to say anything but I also realized 4/20 was yesterday.

You still have your BBS wheels right? Buy another e30 and throw them on

    PARTS: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/pts/5550732458.html
I tried my best with prices, some may be crack pipe idk

It's really not that bad. I wouldn't be surprised if no one wants it or if someone did. All the structural metal appears to be good.

I'm really curious if the fuse box wiring through the firewall was damaged. If not a new engine + headlight wiring and headlights plus the obvious paint and fenders and valence and I think it would be okay.

As for the search for a different car, I have this one in mind that's $$ but pretty sweet, and it just may be another e30.. I really hope I'm not cursed or some shit r3v haha. I almost have the coin, and if I can liquidate some of the parts soon I just might hop on it. I would feel like shit driving it in the winter but... it would be really exciting.

Thanks again r3v! I think I'm over it now. Good friends helps a lot. The joke at school is "the 420 gods said lets blaze an e30" haha

A fire truck was actually sitting 150 feet from where I parked, but it flared up too fast to save the car. The suspension I retained and is on my current ix. The rest of the car was parted out.

It COULD have been saved, but I wasn't about to rewire the whole engine bay. The fire was pretty contained to the front of the engine. Even the transmission was parted out and lived on in another car.

And it didn't go so far back but it definitely went through the passenger side battery tray a bit or through the fire wall.

I don't have space to pull an engine or anything and I don't know how to weld and my parents might move soon so I don't think I'm going to/ be able to pursue the car anymore
