Personally I think she should do a little time. Not the 20 years she could get, but maybe 6 months to a year. She's be going to a "country club" prison anyway so its not like she's going to be doing hard time. I could just see Martha at Riker's Island, Sing Sing or Folsom, she wouldn't last a week.
