Yes, she deserves some jail time. ALl 4 counts are over 20ys. If it was one of us, we would be doing 20. She will get out with a big fine, and hopefully 1-2ys.

Lets see....
She lied
She is guilty of perjury
She made false documents to make her not look guilty
She forced her broker to lie for her and he is guilty on 3 counts.

Basically, she didn't get in trouble so much for her insider trading, but how she tried to cover it up. She is so greedy, that she doesn't live in our world anymore and thought she was untouchable. You guys know, she WAS a stock broker back in the day, so she KNOWS the laws really well!!!

I don't feel the just due to you being rich and a celeb, that you can't do jail time or be held accountable for you actions!!

I think the Enron thing was covered up by MANY members of our government, and that is why is was sweep under the rug, I bet Bush was involved a lot!!

One thing you have to learn about these people Josh is they are not as wealthy as you think. Just beause someone has a net worth of one billion doesnt mean they have $100,000 to thier name. It just means on paper they should be worth that.

Look at Ebbers. He had a net worth of a billion but the catch is it was in ownership of three companies. When those 3 companies went belly up he instantly went from being worht a billion to being 300million in debt. He borrowed against his house and the rest of his assest to buy worldcom stock. Once the bankruptcy hit it went from him owning Worldcom to MCI owning him.

I'm happy to see the US justice system acually having some balls. She really screwed alot of people over. I wonder how she will be treated in jail...
