e46 sedan bike rack fit my e30 coupe?

I'm going to guess no, but I have no idea what bike rack you're talking about.

all the e46 roof rack attachments attach to the base roof rack cross members themselves which in turn attach to built in runners on the roof. So you would have to first install e46 base roof racks onto the e30.

So no... it will not fit.
