Anyone know how to get in touch with them. I have called their phone number from the website, I've contact them from the website and also emailed them on their sales department email, but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I did once get someone on the phone to check status of my order but never heard back from them. Anyone else having same issues ?

I can relate. I can say that I haven't been thrilled with the communication and response time. The correspondence is friendly, helpful and professional, but not prompt.
Not expecting 24/7 Indian Tech Support, but within 1-2 business days tops would be more along the lines of what is expected for mediocre customer support these daysComment
