ECS / Turner's Canadian shipping still makes it too expensive to bother with. It ends up being cheaper to get parts from dealers here because of how much they charge.
Pretty tough to beat ECS's site though. Id rate it as perfect as a site can get. I wish I had 25% of their budget.
This is my admission as well.
Some of the complaints here are just inherent to the size/volume at which they operate. Not discounting it by any means, but its what happens when you grow beyond a certain point.
