ECS / Turner's Canadian shipping still makes it too expensive to bother with. It ends up being cheaper to get parts from dealers here because of how much they charge.

Turner sold their parts department to ECS. If you call Turner parts now it goes directly to ECS.

This is my admission as well.

Some of the complaints here are just inherent to the size/volume at which they operate. Not discounting it by any means, but its what happens when you grow beyond a certain point.
