Grand Touring cars

My roommates dad is think of selling his 964 Turbo, and is looking for what I can best describe as a grand touring car

requirements:
1- sporty (manual tranny)
2- good on the highway
3- backseat useable for child seats
4- good AC
5- relatively classy, somewhat modern
6- $25k-30k purchase price
7- must fit 2 sets of golf clubs

any ideas? We've discussed the e34 M5, e39 540, 928 GTS, b5 S4, Supra TT, what else is there?

I would go with an e39 540i Sport with the 6 sp and 17" BBS'

Mcoupe is too small, the volvos are above the price cap, and only one is stick.

between the e39 540 and e34 m5, he's leaning towards the m5 due to rarity and sportyness.

E34 M5 are gorgeous cars, and you can't go wrong with a 540i sport.

what? i can understand ian's dad getting rid of the e46 m3, but the 964?

as far as e34's go, low 30's will fetch him an imported euro 3.8. i test drove a '95 3.8 six speed in arcticsilber with the m-cloth/amaretta interior, EDC, and humongo brakes. i believe the car was being sold for 33k, it went for 27k. look around. also, check out http://www.willz.ca
