I know exactly where that is- before my grandparents retired and started cruising around the country in their motorhome they live in Gearhart. Fond memories of that place!

    Some info...

Fargo Trucks (information and much of the wording from Lanny Knutson's articles in the Plymouth Bulletin. Thanks to Antonio Pontes Santos for many illustrations.). Though the Fargo brand was used worldwide, it started outside of Chrysler - with the Fargo Motor Car Company of Chicago, which...

And yes, I can drive that Fargo... the Three On The Tree is interesting to drive. For those unaware, it's basically a steering column mounted stick shift.

I know a good deal about 50's and 60's American cars but I've never heard of a Fargo.

I was thinking perhaps it was a tribute to that Steve bushemi movie from 20 yrs ago.

Here are my last bunch of pictures of Klaus' adventures in Ontario.

We woke up to fresh snow Friday morning. But it was mostly gone by the start of the weekend. Did make the commute interesting though, since I'd already changed out Elsa's winter tires.

Klaus got to meet some old American cousins on the weekend, including this '37 Ford pickup.

He also met this 1956 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria. The pics aren't the best as it was a cramped garage, unfortunately. Klaus did peek in through the "skylight" top though.

The last American cousin was a 1956 Fargo Truck. In the last photo Klaus was a little perplexed by "Three On The Tree".

He's definitely enjoyed his second Canadian outing and will be on his way to sunny Kalifornia to visit J.Rizo.

I hope all of the crazy things Klaus has seen in his travels has prepared him for working in the Ontario school system.

You need to get added to the list. There was an update of it a few pages back. We proceed numerically, so you'd go to the bottom. But get on it, and you can have your visit too. :)

I do. Klaus didn't arrive until late Tuesday afternoon, and I was working so I wasn't able to unpack him until yesterday afternoon. :) But he is now enjoying central Ontario, Canada.

Of course, the first order of business was meeting Elsa...

Klaus meeting Elsa after being unpacked. They got along well right away.

Klaus meeting his smaller cousin, Hans, the key chain roundel.

Klaus strapped in for his first road trip with Elsa.

Some myth busting here... Goats do not eat everything. Especially BMW Roundels. ;) Cece was not impressed by Klaus' inediblity. Meh! ;)

Geordy was also unimpressed. Alice's look of disdain says it all... Where's the real food?

Anakin came to see what the fuss was about.

Actually, Anakin was just hungry and bypassed Klaus completely. I guess the goats didn't care much for their inedible, not treat bearing visitor. MEH!

I decided to try my luck with the bucks. Cosmo and Giggy had the same reaction, "Can't eat him, no food offered. Meh! ;)

At least they didn't pee on Klaus.
