For the cheap muffler, go to a reputable muffler shop in your area. Earlier this year I had to replace the cat in my car so I could pass Calif's silly smog test - I thought I was going to have to get an OEM replacement or a DEC from some place like Bimmerworld. Instead I got a universal cat and had the shop fab up some flanges so its now a bolt in part and I had them make me a test pipe while they were at it. ~$300 out the door. I know you can get a muffler for considerably less....$100 if you're not too picky.

I'm having a friend fab the rest of my straight pipe, I'd like to find a cheap DTM style muffler, most people dont like them but I do. I might just pick up a universal muffler and see what it sounds like.
Not bad man. Those bad boys are going to make any exhaust loud and raspy, but man o man when you get on it does it sound sweet.
yea, my friend has the same set up that I will have, his M20 is stroked though. But yea, I really love the sound of an unrestricted M20:D , i cant wait..
