Nobody touches my car but me or my mechanic unless I deem it appropriate. Why would I let some random Joe Schmo drive my car?

a friend of mine rents out his brand new chevy volt a couple times a month on that app. his profits cover his entire car payment and he hasn't had any problems so far.

I'd imagine the kind of person who rents out a Volt is going to drive it differently than someone who rents out a Porsche, or an old BMW.

I get attached to my vehicles. I don't even like my close friends or parents driving my cars, let alone some random stranger, and that's all borne out of seeing how other people treat their cars. So nope, I wouldn't do it.

Well, it is good to know that one thing we unanimously have in common is that just about nobody drives any of our cars, except for ourselves. Haha
