      Holes look similiar to a U.S. bumper mounting point holes. Definately not used for movement of the shell during production as my car does not have these holes. The most likely answer is that they were someting done to the car for the federalization process.

                  Its a fake, for sure.

                  They didnt put US bumpers on federalized cars they reinforced the european bumpers because they lacked the provisions for the shock absorbers and there is no way theyd go through all that to put those bumpers in.

                  That car is as fake as mine, just has more stuff on it (some of that being fake also).
