They didnt put US bumpers on federalized cars they reinforced the european bumpers because they lacked the provisions for the shock absorbers and there is no way theyd go through all that to put those bumpers in.
That car is as fake as mine, just has more stuff on it (some of that being fake also).Im now E30less.
