I dont know man. I spent all this money on the one I just mentioned for work/home because I always go all the way with stuff, and my friends craftsman has lasted just as long. So good buy. If its oil lub then it is a Devilbliss pump btw incase you need parts and don't want to go through Sears.

Oh and even tho IR compressors are JUNK (trust me I know) the tools are AWESOME. IR FTW x3

I dunno I'm paranoid about rust in an air compressor. I have nightmares of my tank blowing up and taking my car and me with it. Come to think of it I think I have the same compressor. I bought it new instead of buying used for that reason. I'd pay close attention to the water that comes out when you purge the tank and see if it's orange.

But anyways, once you go pneumatic, you can't really go back.

I don't know many oil lube compressors that are $150. ;) Unless it's really old school.

For occasional use this compressor will be great. 20 bucks, you can't even get a nice filter/regulator for 20 bucks!

The thing with Craftsman is they won't guarantee their tools to the professional mechanic.

Or send you girlfriend. Had to send my g/f when I broke a mastercraft breaker bar, again. They didn't want to replace it for me (#3 so far this year)

I'm more curious as to why they don't warrant them to pro's.

                        Ahhhhh forget it.
