Got this message today in response to my WTB ad. I don't think I'll be wasting my time on a reply.

Banned and IP banned plus his IP was out of Minnesota.




If anyone thinks they are on contact with a scammer. Please message a mod or admin so we can get rid of them.

So how does an IP ban work? What with DHCP and all. Is there a way to MAC ban someone? That seems like it'd be more effective.

MAC addresses can be spoofed. Some routers even have this as a feature.
