My big friend (kumu hula) moves his seat back and hangs his arm out the back window.

4 doors rule for them 400+lb. folks :P

          Bring it, Coupe boy. :finger:
Other than having two more window motors to take a shit, I like the 4 door for the race car. Easy cage install, easy take-crap-to-the-track access, and nobody will care if I stuff it in the tire wall. :nice:

            Maybe in your world...

But here in real-world Adultville, I can't afford to have a "Sunday" car for fun. I need to haul small children around and am also tossing a fiddle in the back seat several times a week. The E30 4 door allows me to appear "responsible", while still getting to centrifuge my childen in the back seat.

Oh, and the 4 door e30s are apparently invisible to police.

              ...so are bronzit 2 doors.
and I have had 2 child seats in the back before.
oh yeah, I do live in adultville.... kthx. I don't need four doors to look "responsible", and my insurance is $100 for six months 100/300/100, so go somewhere else to try and browbeat some "kid" or "noob" with your "adultville" crap, k?

I was kidding about the whole "for losers" thing, it just happened to work with the other "four" there, but if you guys are so damn defensive, you must have some kind of hangup.

on topic: I just happen to like the 2 doors, in a 4 door E30, I would still have to move my seat to put someone in the back. I can see where it might be advantageous in some instances, but I'm glad that mine is a 2 door.
To finish: The only 4 door E30 I would EVER buy would be a touring/wagon. Those are the sex.

i think 2 doors are hotter, but 4 door cars are way more functional. but who am i, i think a station wagon is hotter than a coupe

I like having both as well :) And it would have been easier to put my rollbar in the 4 door. But then again, how many of you actually use a rollbar? :)

4 door e30s are functional? Nope, sorry - this is functional. Obviously its a matter of personal preference - get over yourselves. Driving around town, this car is more fun than my track-ready e30.

Dude that's funny. I drove around (in a coupe) with EXPIRED out of state plates (no front plate) for nearly a year and never got pulled over. Luck perhaps. :finger: the police!

two doors may be more desireable and more accepted as the standard e30 body style bu the 4dr actually lets me use the back seats. I wouldnt trade it for a 2dr

I'll take my lachtsilber 4 door over any bronzit 2 door.
