Too MINI-like. It looks funny. I was hoping BMW would come out wtih a modern 2002, just a really crude machine, no fancy power seats, rain sensing wipers, none of that crap.

Yeah, totally a photochop as stated. I think it would be great if they brought it back as a tin vibrating speedy little car that it was. As stated above - lose all the creature features.

And if they angled the rear down a little, it looks real tall in the back.

Second that on the angle of the whole car, it should be level all the way back but that doesnt follow well with what all the modern cars are built like. Not right :) Bumper is too big in the front, there isnt any to speak of in the rear...The height needs to stay the same but the waist line needs to angle down and increase the "greenhouse" effect of the huge windows. Overall, I'd give it a B

True, however I believe that having an even waistline is a large part in what makes the car what it is. Since its from a mini profile shot, the windshield/roof height/waistline wasnt changed it still looks far too close to a mini for me. Not that it looks bad, its just not as close as it could be to an 02.
