            Crap. They are not ballasted. I have converted the garage to LED already and cut out the old ballasts. Wanted to pick up a bunch of these as backups and for future projects. :(


            For the cost I should have guessed that... but the optimist in me sometimes gets out. Thanks for the heads up anyway.
