Whats a turbo e30 selling for these days?

Whats the going rate lately for turbo m20 e30 coupes. In fair condition? I didn't see many for sale in that section, so I thought I'd ask.

Lets say something built with mostly quality parts, minus the cxracing manifold.
MS2, Tial WG and BOV, Siemens, Deka injectors, holset turbo, full stainless exhaust, gauges, etc.. Decent 17" wheels, no major body damage, euro bumpers.. rebuilt m20 with receipts, 2.7 bottom end, 272 cam.
Needs a respray, a worn spot on the drivers seat. a couple cracks in dash, etc..

honesty it sounds like it doesnt look too hot, but has some good parts. Id say a clean dyno sheet with good power would get you over $5k... how high over, depends on how it looks and how good it drives... otherwise tree-fiddy
