Germany, no, but in the Netherlands I'd suggest Ivo Christov, ovide on here. He mostly does cars, but even if he can't help I suspect he knows someone who can.

As a side note, France should be a great place to pick up diesel bits for cheap these days.

yeah, I can't imagine paying for a used up M51 and shipping it across the ocean.
