Sorry about your lose. I feel the same way about impaired drivers (drunk, high, or on a cellphone).

Unfortunately, the insurance company is doing it right since you only have liability. That should be a warning to all - I don't have it on my E30 either, but that's because I'll be more likely to write it off on the track where it wouldn't be covered anyways. Still, it makes me think about getting full coverage if the difference isn't too great.

I had a similar situation some fucking dick head in his maroon minivan going down a back road. Looked like a business man cause he had a suit and was on a cell phone bent over looking for something on the floor almost nailed me if i wouldnt have takin the car through someones fucking lawn. Hey man, I'm pretty sure that this would be covered under uninsured motorist. They may not cove a hundred percent, but they will give you something. I had an 88 E28, it was parked at a carwash and somebody kicked in all the panels on the passenger side. I had to pay a deductible of 500 dollars I think, but they paid the rest. I'm pretty sure that all liability policies carry an uninsured policy. I'm from Virginia and the laws may be different here. Hope this helps some way...

I about got nailed by an old man not using his turn signal, i saw him coming, hit the brakes hard and dodged out of his way, surprized i didn't scrape the curb. I got up beside him, rolled my window down and was like "WHAT THE FUCK!?" old dude's eyes were wide open, wouldn't look at me, stared straight ahead without moving and just kept shrugging his shoulders and putting his hands up like "I don't know!?" and putting them back on his streering wheel repeatedly, haha.

I don't see what's so hard about using a turn signal, it's one of the things that piss me off almost as much as drunk driving.

you know the 96-99 year model tahoes (or something like that.) white, one of those old school app state stickers on the back (pretty sure. hard to mistake those). had the barn doors instead of a lift gate. thats about all i can tell.
