I know when Ryans car got totalled by a drunk driver (found an open 40 in his passenger cabin) I know for a fact I would have beat him to no end if he took my ///M3 along with Ryans. He was a foot away from doing that too.

I would definitely leave some sort of permanent mark. Ive thought about the times that I was with Ryan when his car got totalled and I almost got clipped along with him. I stopped and got out of the car, and there are many witnesses, I started itching to cros the freeway while I was yelling extreme oscenities at the person (who I thought hit him) that got out of the car to help him or see if he had gotten hurt. I actually shed a tear for Ryans car. Imagine mine. But enough thread jack moves.

hahahah thats great. when someone rear ended my sentra i was so pissed. the guy who hit me was around twice my size, but i was yelling at him like a fucking maniac. turns out he didnt have insurance so he gave me a check for 1600 dollars. 220 dollars later had a new rear bumper and 1380 bucks in the bank. when someone hits you, god damnit you just change like that....

Hey man, I'm pretty sure that this would be covered under uninsured motorist. They may not cove a hundred percent, but they will give you something. I had an 88 E28, it was parked at a carwash and somebody kicked in all the panels on the passenger side. I had to pay a deductible of 500 dollars I think, but they paid the rest. I'm pretty sure that all liability policies carry an uninsured policy. I'm from Virginia and the laws may be different here. Hope this helps some way...
