Good news in spite of it all.

I really was making headway on my car with the help of the M42 members. Since the site has been down I have attempted repairs and modifications and pretty much botched it up.

So now for the good news. You guys can re-write all the DIYs and once again answer all my questions. I am looking forward to it, how about you?

haha, im sure the guys are.

we're thinking of having a separate link for every write up that way, if the site is EVER down again...we can still have a reference!

Man I hope m42 club is back up soon! My club sticker on my window is wondering why it exists right now.

It is a good site. There are some innovative folks on there. I click my link to the site at least twice a day.
I just converted my M42 to Coil-on-Plug with bmwman91's kit. No more plug wires or coil packs on the fender apron. BMW has pretty much gone to Coil-on-Plug. There must be performance or cost advantages in this approach.
