wow, if you think about it, that must have taken A LOT of guts to CHOP up the back of an E30 ///M3, bcuz what if you got half way through and you figured out it wasnt going to work??? just for some dumb taillights??

From what I can see, later tails looks tits. It sort of updates the rear a bit.

I think partially the reason that one looks halfway decent is due to the paintjob, it all blends in together. Not saying its bad at all, infact quite the opposite, its just busy enough to blend in the slightly more complex lights. I think they look good on that M3, on a normal one, Im not sure. Im not a purist, just I dont know if it would really work for me.

Or it could be I actually dont think it is aesthetically pleasing. I can have my own opinion.....right? Maybe theres a new rule I wasnt aware of. ;)

i just don't think it would look right. I think that late model e30's with them look good - way better in fact. But I do not think that those tails work well with the rest of the lines of the m3.

that benson and hedges car doesn't look bad at all, but if i were to own an e30m3 i would leave it as is even if i dont like the skinny tails, everything else makes up for it. skinny tails on a non m FTL
